Nano Banana prompts that actually produce business-ready images
Building automated UGC content factories with AI
How binaural beats can fix your focus (even if you've got ADHD)

IMPLEMENTATION SPOTLIGHT: AI CODING BOOTCAMP FOR ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS
Right then. We're running a proper intensive AI coding bootcamp at the Türkiye Nomad Fest in Alanya this week, and it's a bit different from the usual corporate training we do.
THE CHALLENGE
Most people want to use AI to build things but get stuck at "I don't know how to code." Fair enough. But here's the thing - you don't need to be a developer anymore to build functional applications. That barrier's gone, assuming you know what you're doing.
OUR APPROACH
Three days of 90-minute morning sessions with Seth Ward showing the actual tools and methods, followed by afternoon build sessions where participants create their own projects. Dr. Dan provides mentorship when people inevitably hit walls. Which you will if you're learning how to use AI to code - everyone does, and that's where the real learning happens.
WHAT MAKES THIS WORK
3 Days: Zero to Functional App
No Code: Prior Experience Needed
Real Apps: Not Just Tutorials
THE FORMAT
Morning sessions focus on proven prompting templates and business-ready approaches. None of that "let's see what happens" experimentation you get in most bootcamps. We're teaching the methods that actually work in professional settings.
Afternoons are for building your own projects with proper mentorship support. This is where people usually discover whether they've actually understood the concepts or just nodded along convincingly.
KEY INSIGHT
The gap between "curious about AI" and "can actually build useful things with AI" isn't about coding skills anymore. It's about understanding the right approach and having someone who knows what they're doing available when you get stuck.
COMING UP: IN-PERSON AGENTIC AI TRAINING
If you're in the UK and this sounds interesting, we're running a full-day intensive on Agentic AI on 25th November in Solihull (near Birmingham). Same practical approach, but focused specifically on AI agents that can actually make decisions and take actions autonomously. Details and booking here.

NANO BANANA: PRACTICAL PROMPTS THAT ACTUALLY WORK
We mentioned Nano Banana last week. This week, proper details on how to use it for business without generating images that scream "I used AI for this."

WHAT YOU CAN BUILD
Here's an example that demonstrates the potential: a fully automated UGC content factory.
The Process:
Upload a product image to your platform
Nano Banana creates a selection of AI 'human' models showcasing your product
Thumbs up/down approval system for quality control
Kling AI or VEO turns approved images into professional video posts or ads
Delivers the final videos and can even schedule them to your socials

We tested this with the images you can see here - turning a standard portrait into a character from The Office. The quality's got to the point where it's actually usable for marketing content, not just amusing demonstrations.
10 BUSINESS PROMPTS FOR GOOGLE AI IMAGE GENERATION
We can build custom prompts for any use case, but here are ten that work across most businesses:
1. Product Mockups & Prototyping
"Create a photorealistic mockup of [your product] in a modern minimalist kitchen setting with natural morning light, showing the product being used by a diverse family"
2. Social Media Content at Scale
"Generate a vibrant, eye-catching Instagram post image featuring [your service concept] with bold colours, geometric shapes, and text space for overlay, trendy 2025 aesthetic"
3. Marketing Campaign Variations
"Design 5 variations of a hero banner image for our eco-friendly product line, featuring nature elements, sustainable materials, and warm earthy tones, professional commercial photography style"
4. Custom Illustrations for Explainer Content
"Create a clean, professional illustration showing the step-by-step process of [your service], isometric view, pastel colour palette, suitable for website and presentation use"
5. Brand Asset Library Building
"Generate a collection of abstract background patterns incorporating our brand colours [specify colours], suitable for presentations, website headers, and marketing materials, modern and professional"
6. Localised Marketing Materials
"Create an advertisement image for [product/service] set in [specific city/country], incorporating local architectural elements and cultural aesthetics, professional photography style"
7. Seasonal Campaign Content
"Design a festive holiday-themed image featuring our product line in a cosy winter setting with decorative elements, warm lighting, and gift-giving context"
8. Before/After Visualisations
"Generate a split-screen comparison image showing a cluttered/disorganised [space] on the left and a clean, optimised version using our [solution] on the right, realistic style"
9. Concept Visualisation for Pitches
"Create a futuristic visualisation of [your business concept/service], sleek tech aesthetic, showing how it integrates into daily life, cinematic lighting, professional render quality"
10. Educational Content & Infographics
"Design a visually engaging diagram explaining [complex business concept], using clear icons, arrows, and visual hierarchy, professional infographic style with our brand colours"

PRO TIPS FOR BETTER RESULTS
Be specific about style (photorealistic, illustration, 3D render, etc.)
Mention lighting, colours, and mood
Specify the use case (social media, print, web) for appropriate composition
Include brand elements when relevant
Iterate and refine based on initial outputs
The difference between amateur AI images and professional-looking output is usually just prompt specificity. These templates give you the structure; you fill in your specific requirements.

HEALTH & FOCUS: BINAURAL BEATS FOR CONCENTRATION
Bit of a different topic this week, but it's relevant to everyone trying to get work done with AI or otherwise.
THE PROBLEM
Maintaining focus is challenging for everyone, but particularly difficult if you're dealing with ADHD or working in noisy environments. You can't always control your surroundings, but you can influence your mental state.
THE SOLUTION: BINAURAL BEATS
I've been using binaural beats for years to achieve focus quickly, even in busy coworking spaces or cafes. Works remarkably well with decent ANC (active noise cancelling) headphones.

HOW IT ACTUALLY WORKS
Binaural beats play slightly different frequencies in each ear. Your brain perceives the difference between these frequencies, which then entrains your brainwave activity to that frequency. It's not magic - it's just how our brains process sound.
Different frequencies produce different mental states:
Focus/Concentration: Beta waves (13-30 Hz)
Relaxed Awareness: Alpha waves (8-13 Hz)
Deep Relaxation: Theta waves (4-8 Hz)
Sleep: Delta waves (0.5-4 Hz)
PRACTICAL APPLICATION
I use the Brainwaves app on iPhone, but you can find similar tracks on Spotify, Apple Music, or YouTube. Search for "Binaural Focus" or whatever mental state you're after.
I'm also partial to 432Hz Golden Frequency playlists - bit more musical than pure binaural tones but achieves similar effects.
TIME INVESTMENT
Takes about 5-10 minutes for your brain to entrain to the frequency. Put on your headphones, start the track, and get to work. The effect builds as you listen.
REALITY CHECK
This isn't a replacement for addressing underlying focus issues or getting proper sleep. But as a practical tool for getting into flow state when you need to concentrate, it works surprisingly well. Worth trying if you're sceptical - ANC headphones and a free Spotify account will tell you whether it works for you.

COMING NEXT WEEK: CLAUDE'S NEW DOCUMENT CAPABILITIES
Next week we'll be covering Claude's latest capabilities around creating and manipulating Excel files, PDFs, and other document formats directly. This opens up some interesting automation possibilities that we've been testing.
Expect detailed coverage of what works, what doesn't, and where this fits into practical business workflows.
QUESTIONS WELCOME
